Name rejection is the most common reason an incorporation slips by a fortnight. The MCA refuses a name that resembles an existing company or LLP, that conflicts with a registered trademark, or that uses a restricted word without approval.
We check the MCA register and the trademark database in the relevant classes, and tell you which of your options will pass and why the others will not.
The trademark half matters more than people expect: a name can be free on the MCA register and still be refused because somebody holds the mark.

Why do company names get rejected?
Usually resemblance to an existing company or LLP, conflict with a registered trademark, or a restricted word such as "National", "Bank" or "Insurance" used without approval. Resemblance is judged generously — adding "India" or a plural to an existing name does not make it distinct.
