Logo Design & Trademark Package

A mark designed to be registrable, then registered.

Designing a logo and registering it are usually treated as two unrelated jobs, which is how businesses end up with an expensive identity that cannot be registered because it is descriptive, or because somebody else already holds something confusingly similar.

Doing them together means the search happens before the design is finalised rather than after the signage is printed.

You get the source files in the formats the registry and your printers each need, and the mark filed in the classes you actually trade in.

What is included

  • Concepts developed with registrability in mind
  • Public register search before the design is finalised
  • Final artwork in vector and raster formats
  • TM-A filing in your classes

What we need from you

  • A brief on the business and its market
  • Any existing brand assets
  • Applicant PAN and address proof
  • Udyam or startup certificate, for the reduced government fee

Questions

Can any logo be trademarked?

No. A mark that merely describes the goods, that is a common geographical name, or that is confusingly similar to an earlier mark will be refused. That is exactly why the search belongs before the design work rather than after it.
