CA Consultation
Thirty minutes with a chartered accountant.
Some questions do not need an engagement, they need half an hour with somebody who knows the answer. Which structure to incorporate in, whether a transaction attracts GST, what a notice actually means, whether to opt into presumptive taxation.
You get the call and a written note of what was advised, which matters — verbal tax advice you cannot reconstruct in six months is worth very little.
If it turns into an engagement, the consultation fee is set against it.
What is included
- A 30-minute scheduled call
- Review of documents sent in advance
- A written summary of the advice
- Fee credited against any engagement that follows
What we need from you
- Whatever is relevant to the question — returns, notices, agreements
Questions
What can I use a CA consultation for?
Structure decisions, a tax position you are unsure of, a notice you have received, whether a transaction attracts GST, or a second opinion on advice you already have. If it needs more than the half hour, we will tell you on the call rather than after it.
