GSTR-10 Final Return
Within three months of cancellation.
When a registration is cancelled the taxpayer files one last return, GSTR-10, within three months of the cancellation date or the order, whichever is later.
It reports the stock held on the day the registration ended and pays back the input credit taken on it. People who surrender a registration and assume they are finished discover this when the late fee has been running for a year.
