LLP Annual Filing (Form 8 & 11)

Form 11 by 30 May, Form 8 by 30 October.

An LLP files two forms on two different dates. Form 11, the annual return, is due by 30 May. Form 8, the statement of account and solvency, is due by 30 October.

The late fee is ₹100 per day per form and, as with a company, there is no cap. An LLP that has never traded still owes both.

Audit applies only above ₹40 lakh turnover or ₹25 lakh contribution; below that the partners certify the accounts themselves.
