OPC Annual Compliance
AOC-4 and MGT-7A, without an AGM.
An OPC does not hold an AGM, so its deadlines are fixed to the financial year rather than to a meeting: AOC-4 within 180 days of 31 March, and the abridged annual return MGT-7A.
It still needs a statutory audit from the first year and still needs board minutes, even where the sole director is the only person present. The reduced obligation is the meeting, not the audit.

Does a One Person Company have to hold an AGM?
No. Section 96 exempts an OPC from holding an annual general meeting. The accounts are instead signed by the sole director and filed in AOC-4 within 180 days of the financial year end.
